Your property may have been visited for one or more of the following reasons:
To determine whether a property appears occupied or vacant.
To document the exterior condition of the property through photographs and observations.
To collect photos or property information requested by an insurance carrier.
Some inspections require interior access. These visits are performed only when specifically authorized by the mortgage servicer, insurance company, property owner, or authorized representative.
Routine documentation requested to maintain accurate servicing or asset management records.
To verify and document the condition of vacant properties.

We perform professional field inspections and property documentation on behalf of financial institutions, insurance companies, property management firms, municipalities, and other authorized clients. Our inspectors do not make lending decisions, insurance decisions, or legal determinations regarding any property.
Protecting homeowner privacy is an important part of our work. We do not manage mortgage accounts, insurance policies, or homeowner financial information. We do not have access to loan balances, payment history, claim information, or other confidential account details. Our responsibility is limited to documenting property conditions as requested by our client.
